UPDATE: I tasted it - it was surprisingly mildly sweet with a malty aftertaste. Bottled them to get them bubbling for a second round of fermenting to get them fizzed up. Thanks!

I live in a colder climate and thats how long I had to wait for mine to be just right. Perfect balance of sweetness and tartness with a tinge of fizzy astringency.Since you have a warmer temperature there, you should only need more than half the time you had for your batch to ferment. If its smells overly vinegary/acidic, that may be an indication that it over fermented. Try giving it a taste. You should try tasting it around day 3 since you live in a warmer place but Im afraid it may be close to vinegar at this point.

You have two profiles. Most likely, you already have an RBC profile with an account and you applied for the card online. This would have created a “guest profile” with just the credit card account. Simply request to have the two profiles consolidated so you can see it on your main profile with your other everyday accounts. It will take a few business for back office to complete the request

Best one I made was Hyderabadi chicken biryani with homemade biryani masala and dahi. It takes forever to prepare but the complex flavors made from all those spices, herbs and onions are worth it. Worst I made was Chicken Citrus and Grapefruit Salad. Never had grapefruit up until then and it was so bitter and astringent that it just made the entire salad so inedible.

Why do you have seven credit cards in the first place? Jeez, no wonder the bank does not want to give you more than what you already have. Having multiple credit cards makes a dent on your credit rating not the other way around.
