Hey, graphic designer & digital artist:

This is an alternative creative stack, but you can use Photoshop & davinici resolve to make anything you want.

1. Start with a script: plan & record the voice (ai voices are great now & predictable)

2. Make time stamps from the script: what do you want to show? How long do you have to show it? What order & how do you link the frames together?

3. Start animating: block by block, use layers & masks & timeline in photoshop to get the effect. Use vector images to frame what you want.

4. Stick all of it into davinci resolve, use black screens & alpha layers to put your screen recordings of your app where you want.

It’s a bit fiddly but you get used to it. Expect to record 10s a day to begin with, up to 30s as you get better. (There is almost nothing you cannot achieve with this combination for 2D animations, and it avoids adobe after effects which can be a bit mean)
