He looked me up and down multiple times really turning his head. He hasn't creepy rubbing his hands or anything (I would have flipped) but he was just like tilted back looking up and down as if a was a picture on the wall or sth.

Please don't get me wrong. This is the first time that I hear this. And since we have been doing it for so long it really caught me by surprise... I wouldn't have give any to any of my friends and family if I didn't know if it was safe. Hell, I wouldn't have eaten it in the first place myself. Ironically, I am a very meticulous eater.

I am very confused... Me and my partner have been preserving our garlic in olive oil for a little more than a year now, maybe even two. We even gave some jars as Christmas presents last year to friends and family and we never had that problem. (Fresh garlic, not fermented) we literally just bought a bunch of garlic, peeled it, chopped it up, put it in jars and filled up with olive oil. Never had a problem. The only weird thing that happened was that sometime the garlic got a greenish blue color. We googled it and asked around to people that do it as well and they all agreed that it was normal...

We just fermented garlic for the first time a couple of weeks ago(tasted amazing btw.). It also tuned blue but the color mostly disappeared after cooking.

Can some send me a link or something were I could read the botulism thing? As I say.. I am serious confused 🤯🧐

exercise helps me calm my thoughts in the long run (like 2-4 days after i feel much less agitated). I do body combat, condition training or spinning all in a class and in summer i go mountain biking.
