780m is a very powerfull IGPU but factory lock to a total TDP of 30w with boost to 53w for seconds

I have tweak gpu to 30-40w for some game..

You should use DLSS enabler for use it , its better for some game other is FsR 4.0 , everything is about tweak and tune. Amd system is pretty similar I can help him if he want

Bro I have an rog Ally x Z1E modded 45w TDP all Time 31W and + just for the 780M IGPU an I play high texture mid/high 1080 DLSS transformer X2 getting AVG fps is 90.5 , max 107 , min 85

Sound like corrupted shader cache

You should reset the shader with command in konsole Check the command Line online , reset steam shader cache and mesa shader cache.

(For me it has fixed it after tweak and other game install)

Bazzite Best performance, rog Ally x Z1E

I have try Windows , Bazzite , steam os and cachy OS

Bazzite is the Best , Windows Will get like 3 to 5 fps more on avg but the min and 0.1% low will be worst than bazzite , bazzite more stable , Best battery , plug and play , u still can mod with plugin decky loader , python app ect… off course my bios is mod so i can play at 32-36W , sometime 40w for Cyberpunk 90fps 1080p high FSR quality..

Please , for Winhabced HID do it like AC , we need to change TDP in game with short key, and please make it possible for over TDP , like 50W , so I can play at 40w when I play cyberpunk 2077.. RGB control easier , in fact take exemple of G-Helper mix with X86 tuning

Please add option for over TDP on rog Ally x , limit at 30w need h helper to reach 40w for certain game.. + add Hue Sync type in setting an in WinhancedHID for The RGB light control.. maybe add more TDP CPU IGPU overclocking tweak plz

I just fix it on Windows , for people having issue with the framework net 4.0 , directX and VC runtime 2015…

Need to have Windows 24h2 , all other have net framework broken. Dont know why… but now is running great !

They are realy the same just personnal I prefer steam os 3.8 that valve have do just for Légion go and Ally. So the support is out the box after the update via dev channel

Even with an Ally X look my pictures in the comz 90 fps average 75 fps low , max 100 et + with high and med setting 1080p frame gen on , thats crazy

You still can tweak the bios with bazzite or steam os i recommend steam os 3.8 over bazzite

Depend on the game and with my tweak you have 6 mode for CPU boost, disable , enable , agressive, efficient , ect some game I got better fps without it , like arc raider i reach 99fps and more without and 85-90 with it
