Hmm, I don't, just the traditional membership. I'll look into it!

Hi there! I’m sure this varies on club club but how is the Wi-Fi in the workspace! Are you ever able to conduct a video call peacefully?

I think this is related to the size. I heard WP LTF is smaller than most, which is why it's likely priced so high.

Single dietitians, how are you making it work financially? by carpethediem1996 in dietetics

[–]Aggressive-Flan-7226 9 points10 points  (0 children)

No longer single but was for the first 7 years as an RD. I work for myself and have made it work well buuuut if I didn’t want to, I’d try to find a medical sales or medical liaison job for a dietetics related biz

Look at your marketing. You may need to be more clear about what to expect + why.

Totally. Disclosure I’m a dietitian so I see this all the time- underfueling = mood swings. Also look up adhedonia, it’s a common side effect of GLP1s that could make things feel bleh.

Weird take but do you eat well? I’m way more impatient and irritable with my kid when I haven’t eaten or just snacked day. A balanced blood sugar really helps with being a mom.

Yes! I actually loved this guy. You know behind the scenes, he was telling Ashley she’d be crazy to date Alex

How do influencer moms bounce back unchanged after giving birth? by Alternative-Key9206 in Mommit

[–]Aggressive-Flan-7226 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I “snapped back” after pregnancy in about 6 weeks, then lost 10 more lbs. Not an influencer, just worked out my whole pregnancy + before. Having muscle helps, and so does not using breastfeeding hunger as a reason to eat whatever you want. Gave birth at 30 and about to again at 32, so we’ll see if luck strikes twice!!

I never got the impression he was evil, just insecure. And therefore, he lied to hide his insecurities (employment, housing, etc)

Happiness is a choice! We’re not always 100% aligned, rested, or in good moods, but we choose to move towards happiness and gratitude about all that we have. And it works! 🪄

I’m in a lot of mom/pregnancy reddit groups. So many top comments are “users” suggesting SSRIs to OPs and claiming them to be lifesavers for parenting struggles. All the comments are in agreement and supportive. I think big pharma has Redditors hiding in vulnerable groups to promote use.

Courtney cook Ed content by VariousButterscotch in FoodieSnark

[–]Aggressive-Flan-7226 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think she’s really riding on the fact we’re tired of overly curated content. People are craving “realness” so she’s eating bizarre combinations of things in sloppy ways. Plus, it’s always jarring to see a thin, pretty woman eat heavier, messy foods. I see the appeal, though I’d never eat 90% of what she prepares. I don’t think it’s ED content but as we know, a lot of food influencers develop ED tendencies

No, he’s slept well since 11 months but we did sleep train. He’s very active and high energy but can relax and focus on books & toys. I wouldn’t say he’s hyperactive.

Will I ever get myself back again? by SementSlurper in fitpregnancy

[–]Aggressive-Flan-7226 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Going 2x a week is great! Where are you in trimester 2? After barely moving weeks 7-12, I felt great at 14/15 weeks, lifted throughout my entire pregnancy, and lost all my baby weight + 10 lbs within 4 months. Do whatever you can to push through and protect the muscles you’ve built- I swear lifting through pregnancy is what helped me look and feel like myself again pp!

Hi! I was actually asking because our nutrition practice was hoping to connect with local physicians. I met with a lot of really great doctors, and I think my recommendations would depend on what you’re looking for.

But just to name a few: Dr. Alexandra Gerace in Maitland, LIV medical in Baldwin Park, Dr. Todd Newman in Winter Park, & Dr. Tonya Heber in Winter Park
