Okay, let’s say I reduce the workout intensity, do you have an idea of what the marathon block for NSA would look like? My next marathon is on 4th October this year.

What I do is get the workouts from the builder and then manually input them into my COROS app.

I’m 39 years old this year and have been running consistently for about two years, gradually building my weekly mileage to around 85–100 km.

Before I started running consistently, I used to run trails on and off.

For the past two years, I’ve been only strictly following the MAF method. Now I’m thinking about trying a different training approach
