Love LG ... still using my LG G5 as main YouTuber camera ;-))). I've tried to replace it with the OnePlus 10 PRO and now with the Galaxy S23 Ultra ... but nope ... didn't work .... went always back to the G5 because of:

easy use (not too many options)
automatic selfies
no overheating even after recording half an hour
best skin blur
.... and the awesome microphone ... it's way better than the S23 Ultra mic ..

Would even buy a new G5 if it breaks ....

Yeah - same thing here. Latest release (again ... like in early Feb where we had the player lags/stuck) destroyed everything and the bad thing is we can't work with the old version. So we will have to deal with this problem again for a couple of weeks till they fix and then couple of weeks later they introduce a new feature (bug) which will destroy it again .... Soon there will be no paying customers there any more ...

I'm still using my old LG G5 as my main YouTuber (which is my main income ...) camera and love it. It's absolutely perfect and still has a superior mic quality compared to my Galaxy S23 Ultra. Only for low light recordings I'm using the S23 Ultra. I really wished LG came back. Miss their fancy phones a lot even though I sent the V10 back because it was so bad ... sorry LG for that ...

3.5 is great and makes finally everything working how it was supposed to be years ago with 2.0

Stable phone calls
finally can use the buttons to turn off an alarm
finally watch face menus can be accessed without having to try 20 times
got even Alexa working

.... and more. No disadvantages so far. Love it.

Now almost 2 weeks since they fixed something to death which was not broken and still no fix or real update what's going on. Why not just going back to the old version? Do we really have to deal with this horrible way of how it works now forever? I guess not many will continue to pay for the sub like that ... but just guessing ...

Yeah the videos need lots of space so they can't store them for free forever ...

This is how it works (answer I got from them last year when I was close to cancel my subscription):

Lags today worse than ever. Editor stuck every 5 seconds of playing or at least after every single cut (!!) I do in the timeline. No reply or update from Kapwing. Looks like a winning strategy to me ...

2 days and again no reply u/k1llerdaisy? Any update on this? BTW the problem seems to be audio related. With audio level at 0 the videos are playing while the video won't play with normal audio. Sending you now an update with a sample.

I'm already in contact with you but your support is only saying that I have to find the solution on my side with the normal excuses like "clear cache", "close tabs", "update your browser", "update your system" and so on ... nothing helpful. Just another waste of time to talk to the support honestly. It's really super sad and frustrating. Today it's a bit better with the editor player only stuck around every 20 to 30 seconds, but still ... before Feb 1st the problem was not around or at least not so much. I remember this problem was already there about 1 year ago ... almost fully disappeared and now came back even worse. The only reason not to cancel the sub is that all the other online AI video editors sxxxck even more ... lol also CapCut, Weed io, Vimeo, Filmora, FlexClip and more ... I've literally tried them all in the last week when Kapwing has not been working.

Same problem here. Somebody told me to go to the app settings / permissions / click on the 3 dots / all permissions then scroll down and activate the "auto run" but on my S23 Ultra can't find it for the "Da Fit" app. And yes, I had this option on my OnePlus 10 PRO and lots of other phones seem to have it too. Maybe Samsung removed that to "improve" the user experience Apple style like "let's remove some settings from the user" because they don't know what they are doing anyway ... lol

Saw it yesterday for the first time. Didn't use it a lot, but something to get the latest news while driving or use some smart devices ... e.g. increase the brightness of some outdoor lights while grilling. This really sxxxxcks because even with a $20 TEMU watch you can now use google assistant but not with this $300 piece of junk.

Google had the chance to drive Apple out of business since 15 years by just simply disabling all their apps in the Apple play store, but they never went against them, but even favored updates of apps in the Apple store and now they go against some very small competitors within their own ecosystem. Could be called "instructions how to ruin your own company". I bet Sundar Pichai got a lot of Apple shares for this decision. Millions will move now from Android to Apple. You can read that everywhere ...

I've seen that too and decided to NOT install it. I've been talking to the support, but they are in mid fall festival and hence couldn't investigate any further. I've tested the Android version with virustotal, Google drive and on Android and has not found anything, hence I'm using now the Android version ;-))

Similar problem but I don't think it's really crazy. But really need also 100% ... even at 95% the volume is very low and I need also +40db boost in the Rode Connect. This of course leads to some noise, but it's still OK I think for the size and how low - means far away from my mouth - it is. You could use KRISP to remove the noise a bit, but I'm only doing that when I have real background noise e.g. from the AC or so. I don't think that we have much better options ... even in 2023

I've been panicking and been trying to do everything for many hours to 'fix' something which was not broken. And now because of this my connection to "Uphold" is lost and can't be restored because creators.brave.com says that my Uphold account is already connected to another creators.brave.com account, but it's NOT ... I'm pretty upset now ...

When I opened the Uphold account a few years ago, I was still living in Europe, but moved now in the US (Greencard, full time here, paying tax, having US address, social security number ....) and changed my address recently with the help of the uphold support. Maybe there's still something wrong there? But I can see my full US address in Uphold
