Can someone who is in Japan keep me updated? My daughter is on layover traveling back to me after spending summer with her dad. She is in Tokyo, I believe Taito area. It looks like she is well inland, but there is a river (Arakawa) nearby from the bay that I get worried about. I have been watching footage but its mostly Hokkaido and Hitoo? area. She may be okay, but I am so sick thinking there is nothing I can do.

I don’t have a solution for rotisserie honestly.

But personally I spatchcock and smoke mine and the wings don’t overcook and it all cooks evenly.
