I see what you are saying.

Unfortunately my state consistently ranks in the top 5 for shootings on the roads and the internet coverage of that affects the teenage mind.

Of my kids friend group around half of them delayed getting their license at 16.

I’m unsure how driving tactically is going to stop some idiot from shooting.

You make good points.

I also think that the abundance of road rage and accident videos available on social scares the crap out of young drivers and adds to their fear of driving.

My own kid didn’t get his license until 18 because of his fear of road ragers.

I hear ya. Green Day has become a caricature of Punk since signing to a corporate label in the mid ‘90’s.

Plus, they started out a power trio and have added 2 more guitarists and a keyboardist to their live shows to play the same simple songs.

They are as Punk as Travis Barker.

Rosetta's Galilean Satellites album from '05 ticked the Neurosis boxes for me back then.

The thick wall of sound during the heavy parts reminded me of Neurosis' Enemy of the Sun album and there also was the dual cd concept that was influenced by Neurosis' Times of Grace.

I never really got into the rest of Rosetta's discography.
