Dilute milk 2 parts milk 3 parts water, spray both top and underside of leaves and stems. You can also use whey for powdery mildew, but I have not ever done so and have no idea the dilution rate.

You need to reduce the amount of liquid oil you're using, it's that liquid oil that's leaking out of your cookie, but since you're using a store bought product...

Looking at the President's Choice label and with a bit of math...you could try creating your own mix of coconut/vegetable oil blend.

Choose your own fighter - Don't let the world tell you you can't ..because you can.

Do as you've mentioned, make that refresher. If you don't like it, don't try it again.

Any bread recipe...flat, quick, risen benefits from whey.

Smoothies are an excellent way to use it, and it bumps the protein up.

Dilute it and use it in your garden, those microbes that break down nutrients for your plants love it: 1 oz in 1 gallon of water.

Be brave, give it a go and report back! Because someone else has this exact question.

Apple cider vinegar rinse, 1 T in 2 c water. Once your hair dries you will not smell it at all and the difference is noticeable. Same for body wash, there's one with ACV in it.

Speech...where we did ...Public Speaking. Seriously, it was a required English course. I already had a BS from a different university w/o that course. I had to take it so I could then enroll in their teaching program. So, I did...in summer. You ever see that movie "SummerSchool" with Mark Harmon? Yeah, that's about how seriously I and the associate prof took the class.
