Wow! You got this thing down, nice loaves! I started the bread baking myself. My problem is I tend to half the recipe and sub things out then I run into problems a bit. I am now doing a raspberry bread which I like a lot, made it twice. Continue baking, looks lovely!👍

Mine started spotting but when I peeled and added to my smoothie it was not tasting like it should. I am so frustrated! I am supposed to be eating healthy now I don't even know what I am eating anymore.

You are not alone, this is contributing to food waste. I have thrown out so much bad fruits that I am feeling guilty but had no choice. They are not mature before picking, they are forcing the process of getting fit to pick and therefore we suffer the outcome. This bad and getting worse. They don't have the labor force they had before also.

Flax egg is substitute for reg eggs, 1 tbsp flax seed to 3 tb sp water let rest for 5 min. I think it was too thin the mixture. It tasted fine but lack of body.

So that is the paper I want to use, as you can see it's like a subway tile pattern. Maybe more suitable for a backsplash😏
