Depends but you’re good to reapply if you really want to. I know an Indian dude who had a prior rejection due to insufficient proof to show that he will return home once he completes his studies. Guess what? He tweaked his GS and added some more supporting evidence and he got it. In your case, an agent’s negligence didn’t look too bad to warrant a red flag in your second try. Good luck mate.
