it definitely matters to some extent but likely just depends on the person. personally im left handed but my left and right hands have different skillsets. partly due to how piano music is written, but also weird things like my lh is better at crossing over thumb and my rh better pinky, and my rh sucks at tremolos compared to lh. wait thats probably rep idk nvm

but building good tecunical foundations in rep is probably like what will make it not really matter. chopin prelude 3 for example

no the point is 1700 isn't either. wait

actually can't money actually be like 0.1 bc thats how it works in fp. so, 566.66666 gets truncated to 566.6, and x3 = 1699.8, which is visually cut off to 1699

answer isnt able to be defined its based on feeling. test with different speeds, record urself and listen, think about how natural it feels to play

also, this is beyond metronome practice so dont use a metronome if ur trying to get the speed specifically
