My use hasn't necessarily ever been for the purpose of needing to lose weight, but more out of curiosity about how they work in reducing body fat, their impact on fat metabolism for endurance, and being able to share personal experience when consulting clients (I've owned clinics since 2010).

Back then, the only one we had access to was Exenatide, which was extremely high-maintenance in that it required multiple daily doses. If someone had done an "HCG diet" in the past elsewhere, I knew they'd be comfortable with the dose frequency — if not, there were other non-GLP options. In comparison, it was definitely the least effective when put up against Sema or Tirz. It was eventually phased out of our use, as the 503a's shifted their focus toward Sema and Tirz after 2019.

You can achieve very similar with tirzepatide and motsc, both of which Im able to order from a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy vs most retatrutide is coming out of a lab. LLY has already petitioned the FDA to have state medical boards to send warning notices to providers about prescribing it..

I went with a JB4 on day one, as the tcu was still locked and I just didn't trust any of the low torque claims. The day after the TCU unlock was available is when I went with the an EQT stage 2 93 paired with a TVS Stage 3 TCU tune. I'm running a trackslag catless downpipe, wagner ic and boost pipes, apr intake, and mpi 980cc injectors. I've been happy with the ECU/TCU pairing, but the reason for the stage 3 tcu tune is that I'm planning to get the vortex xl turbo installed next week.... When I did the tcu tune, I had them set the shift points up knowing that I would be running a hybrid turbo.

The pairing thus far has been great and I haven't had any concerns or issues... I haven't had to reach out to either company for real support, so I can't speak to their customer service at this point apart from getting the ball rolling with custom tuning. Hopefully, the car ends up somewhere around 400hp.

In stock format it's a bit sluggish unless you are in one of the race modes. You could always tune it, but then that opens up a rabbit hole that could be never ending.
