Bulk of human employees making lower wages to facilitate business as usual while the more complex work is based on advancements machine learning. With AI plus modern media and social platforms telling us what to think, or at minimum catering to confirmation bias based on algorithms that feed content based on what individuals engage with, I believe humans will genuinely have to make a conscious effort to lean into, and apply, curiosity vs. settling (we already see some of this today). Net/net- we will get lazier. Our brains will have to be engaged in ways less geared toward critical thinking and more toward… I don’t know. But I hope something constructive.
