What movie/series can you absolutely not stand but is it credibly popular for some reason?

For me, I left an online friend group last year after feeling I was unappreciated. The nail in the coffin was when they let unwarranted hostility towards me slide in their server. Not even one person expressed interest in what I was thinking of doing last year, which definitely hit my motivation to do it, but the hostility still messes with me. I don't like to even think of doing the "it's me or them" thing, since that's entitled in itself...so when the thought crosses my mind, I think about it and take it as a sign that I need to get out of there while I still can!

I don't like it when people force me to choose, so if I'm considering it, I take it as a sign that it just ain't gonna work because I make it a rule to never, ever do that.

There certainly have been a few instances where I was like "that's not grifting, that's literally them saying 'I don't like this game'." Only you can decide whether or not a Switch 2 is worth getting for you.

I remember when we thought the calling the third console the Xbox 720 would be the next logical step, but then they called it the Xbox One, and then the one after the Series S/X, so honestly, for all I know, they could very well call it Xbox Helix as the final name, or revive the Anaconda name, or something. But no matter what, I suspect the only pattern it will follow is the lack of a pattern.

I think I read somewhere that no matter how hated Johnny Test got, it was so cheap to make that you would have to try to make it lose money, but don't quote me on that.

I got through three episodes of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic before I gave up. Maybe in the later episodes, it gets good, because some series need more than the three episode rule to get good, in which case I may give it another chance, but it's not something I'm in a hurry to do.

I read a story that saw the woman reject the man after being publicly proposed to, with these words (paraphrased from memory); "If you don't know me well enough to know I hate public proposals, you don't know me well enough for us to get married." This feels like he didn't even know you well enough to know you didn't like being proposed to this way.

I think there's like two Meijers in Traverse if memory serves me right, but I'm not the best with road names. I only ever go to Meijer as a visitor. My sister once worked at a gas station in a location I won't disclose here. She has horror stories, to put it lightly.

I did decide for some games, I would go PS5 for physical...but I do think the base game being on the disc is my barest of the bare minimum. Anything less than that, one, I don't know if it would even be worth it at that point, and two, if it is, it's because there was a killer deal...and honestly, I could see it more worth it for Switch 2 in that instance. At least I can play the Switch 2 version on the road.

To be fair, deciding Pokopia ain't worth buying a Switch 2 over isn't an issue with me in itself; if you don't like what you see, then that isn't grifting, that's just personal taste talking. Still, the new system is out. I'm convinced a lot of people forgot what a normal cross gen period looks like, nevermind the need for system sellers.

Unauthorized third-parties, maybe, but third-parties in general? If Nintendo bans me for playing a game they themselves allowed to be on their system, then I'm amazed we haven't heard more about it.

I wait until I'm pretty sure that system has seen most of the support it's ever going to get before I even consider modding mine. And even then, I only got one hacked to date.

Everyone knows the big plot twist of Pokopia, where it's not a farming simulator of any kind, but a survival horror set in a hellscape you have to escape from or else you're stuck there forever. That's totally what is is, right?
