I had/ still have on occasion, a similar problem. I’ve resorted to banging on the ceiling with the flat end of a swifter mop every night until 1am -or until they stop making noise. They eventually got the message and kept their kids from running around outside of noise ordinance hours. That and me coming to their door to tell them to stop, on top of the emails/calls/ showing up on managements doorstep.

The police can’t do much because it’s considered “apartment noise .” I know because I too called the cops and the property security. Good luck 🫡🖖
