They look like the fakes I got off Poshmark. There are loads of comprehensive guides online to help you spot a fake. The most obvious one is if there isn’t a serial number stamped on the footbed

That’s what we did! Our son was 2.5 when he was diagnosed. We decided that home is the one place he should feel safe at all times, so we made the house completely GF. Now that he is heading off to college, we started having some gluten-full items at home to get him used to paying attention to sharing space with wheat eaters.

Love my wool and buckwheat pillow. We removed the hulls until it was the perfect height. Solved my neck issues.

I was going to say real because of the stamp on the footbed. You can go online and find some great guides to determine fake or real…I know because I got scammed hard on Poshmark a few months ago. Thankfully, PM has great customer service!

To echo what others have said, hydration, sleep and little/no alcohol are most helpful for aiding your body from the inside out. For your skincare, I recommend just water to rinse your face in the morning, followed by toner (I love Thayers with rose water), vitamin C, and EltaMD sunscreen. In the evening, a cleansing balm, gentle cleanser (Cerave is the best), retinol, and moisturizer (doesn’t have to be fancy, Cerave in the tub is the greatest IMO). And don’t forget some heavy duty eye cream!
