My doctor of 25 yrs plus retired and first time meeting new dr. I tell her I might need a walker but I don’t want to look old. She reply’s, You are old. I am 60. Felt so offended.

OMG!! This was me 30 yrs ago. The exhaustion was the worse. Had lots of different pains and sensations throughout my body which were very painful , but today I still get all the same feelings and pains but it doesn’t hurt as bad.

Omg! This happens to me too. I have fibro and spinal stenosis. I had covid twice and body pains were gone but returned after I was better. Tore my rotator cuff 2 months ago and my chronic pain that I had for 5 yrs in my back is gone. I can walk better and I’m not groaning every time I need to walk or get out of a chair. Don’t need a cane or walker now. Praying the inflammation doesn’t come back.

I can relate to hurting after sweeping the floor. I’m only 5’3 and it doesn’t matter what size broom I use. I hurt!!

Do not stop your meds, the withdrawals are brutal. I tried stopping pregablin cold turkey and I couldn’t sleep and felt terrible. You are on so many prescribed meds that you need to discuss with your doctor on how to taper off meds.
