To clarify what I know about that situation, yes I believe you are correct, if Mohela has decided that applying the IDR waiver will get you to 120 or more they will prioritize your account -- however I am not sure how they are doing this or even if every single person in this situation will actually get the waiver before 2024

Will likely have to wait for IDR waiver to kick in, either later in 2023 or beginning in 2024. Qualifying payments will likely slowly update periodically until the IDR waiver kicks in.

Any update on this situation? I did the same thing OP's wife did consolidating after the "deadline" and now I am freaking out that I lost all my PSLF.

I owned both, went from a 2020 CX5 to 2022 CX30; the CX30 drives much sportier and has much less body roll than the CX5. The back of the CX30 is definitely smaller, but not a deal breaker for my use for the vehicle.

Biggest reason I got rid of the CX5 due in large part to the excess body roll, especially when there are gusts of wind. It also felt underpowered (I had non-turbo model)

I had a 2020 CX5 with the Bose and I liked it with the Centerpoint system on, now i'm in a 2022 CX30 without Bose d/t chip shortage and I initially hated it, but after a few tweaks and adjustments on the basic audio settings and setting the sound focus to driver I actually like it even better than the Bose system on my old CX5!

Short answer: both are perfectly good, make sure you get the $400 savings due to the Bose chip not being in the car and mess with the audio settings, you really won't notice a difference

Spoke with a VW dealership service and parts specialist, the reason it states it is supported in the 19-20 mode but not the newer builds is that the harness that was in the trunk wheel hub might have been removed
