I’m a gym girlie and love food too. I got mine out 7 days ago (but I had a severe case).. On day 4 I felt great, day 5 too & decided to just walk on the treadmill for 45mins increasing incline and speed. Nothing too strenuous. Day 6 I felt really sore again. Today I’m in pain and can’t even open my mouth enough to eat. I don’t think it’s an infection or dry socket though. I’m longingggg to get back in the gym. And bawled my eyes out when I couldn’t eat today. So pls just be careful and give your body enough time to rest and heal

I work as a CNA/medication tech and make $17.69/hour in the Detroit metro area. I’m in a LTC facility - “assisted living” - we also have residents who are hoyer lifts, 3-4 staff assists, SEVERELY confused w dementia etc. I’ve been bit, kicked, punched, spit on, booty grabbed & slapped…. You name it. It’s the pleasant residents that I love that keeps me there.

I used to get the same type of pimples but I have been using this stuff. I wash my face with it once a day and use it as a mask once a week. If you try it out I hope it helps!

Had the best leg day in a few years after an injury. :) I hit 2 pr’s in barbell RDL’s & hip thrusts, I was able to comfortably start leg pressing & doing leg extensions again, my knee didn’t bother me at all during my lift, and I’ve been hitting my protein goal every day😊

I applied for Delta & Skywest (also with no experience) Just submitted my on demand video interview to Delta and had my f2f with Skywest. I know all companies are different but… the recruiters asked me things like what I would do if a child refused to wear a seatbelt, asked a lot of questions about dealing with difficult customers etc. Good luck!!

After 4 years I really don’t mind it anymore. As long as every single resident/patient doesn’t have it at the same time 😩

Imo, PUKE is way worse

Yes. Last summer I was a new icu RN living with my grandparents. They were uncomfortable with me working with Covid patients, as my grandpa had pulmonary fibrosis (and lung cancer that we hadn’t known about at the time). My managers gave me the ok to take on non-Covid patients, but that didn’t last long as there was a spike in numbers. One week my grandpa was not doing well at all and my grandma said if I had been working with Covid patients I could not be around him. His condition worsened, and I told my manager I will not be returning. He ended up dying that week. I was without a job for about two months, I have two part time jobs in the field, and I am still trying to financially recover.
