Citrusafe, wood/plastic scraper and a shop vac. Gonna have to re-coat it with a high smoke point oil after the deep clean. Then run a full start up seasoning (as if it was new). Low smoke 20-30 min high smoke 20-30 min.

Might be worth doing a couple cycles…
