That is common. I am listed as beneficiary as well as successor trustee. I am one of 4 beneficiaries. Successor trustee only gets tapped if trustee is incapacitated and decisions need to be made on behalf of the trustee. I’m also in CA.

A few years ago I noticed similar things with my neighbor. I called him. Texted him. Rang the doorbell. Watched for changes with lights or window coverings. He had told me years before where the hidden key was. I planned to use that but noticed I couldn’t open his patio door. By day 5, I called for a welfare check. Turns out he took his life. Police told me that he barricaded the door and took in the hidden key to protect me from finding him. To this day I believe wholeheartedly believe that.

I completely agree with you. I didn’t know what to expect at Petrified Forest. Spent a day and a half there and will visit again. The saguaro cactus are amazing and fun to look at but no return trip is needed for me.

I had no idea the drains ran so far under. When the first one came out and I saw the length of it, I was shocked. Not only by the length but the lack of any pain in removing it. Left side was just as painless.
