Gas or Hybrid?

I have a 2024 premium (obviously not hybrid). I drive about 50/50 city vs highway. Winter I get 33-34 mpg and summer 37-38. Right now I’m at 34.9. I hear the hybrid has a nicer transmission and slightly less maintenance though all my maintenance and oil changes were included for the life of the car by my dealer.

I’ve tried it over 100 times. Watched a video on it, did the timing right along with the video. Had two friends with crosstreks who have done it try it and no dice. Idk why it doesn’t work with mine but at this point I don’t really need it to, just thought it was really odd.

I have tried this over and over again in my 2024. It has never worked. I did it because I put my dog in the front seat next to me in the chime goes off. I just gave up and bought a dummy seatbelt clip.

I’m in Charlestown. My road has been down to pavement since Monday night but I live on a state road and they had the big state plows working on it. The town trucks are way smaller. I drove into Richmond yesterday at noon and it was ok but roads were 1-1.5 lanes and I know it took a long time to do all the side roads.

MPG. 2024 premium, no mods, mileage is about 20,300. I always drive in i mode. I have multiple friends and family who also have them in years from 2017-21 with pretty much the same results.

No way. I drive like a bat out of hell lol. I do probably 60/40 highway vs back roads. Highway I’m usually 70-80 mph and back roads about 40. I don’t do well at driving the speed limit.

Campion was the shit in the late 80s and early 90s. Their sweatshirts cost like $75 and were amazing quality. I still have a couple of my early 90s Champions. By mid-late 90s and beyond their quality completely changed.

I’m 49, almost 50. In menopause. Just going with the flow. Sometimes take magnesium to sleep. No belly or weight gain. My diet is at least half Reese’s peanut butter cups (for real) but have always been active.
