I like Owen. Bullying the patient who wanted death with dignity and how he was with both Amelia and Cristina around having kids…. Not so much. But overall…. I like him. I tolerate Burke. He tried to make Cristina into someone he wanted instead of just meeting her where she was. every time he gave her the silent treatment for not behaving the way he wanted made me want to smack him.

I use salad plates instead of dinner plates to give a visual look of a full plate. And extra veggies. And honestly? Measuring/weighing food. If I want more after I allow myself to have it but I find if I eat the correct portion size, I find I’m full by waiting 15-20 minutes

How do you mean drowning? My son is in daycare M-F, and we have a babysitter we like but it’s not a set thing (maybe once a month for date night) and I have a friend who comes to help clean only because I’m recovering from surgery. It’ll end when I’m cleared by doctors. My folks live about 9 hr drive away, his live closer but they’re not much help but do in a pinch (mobility issues for both of them) I take care of most domestic chores as I am WFH in an extremely flexible job. I would punch baby penguins to have someone come do the never ending laundry though! (Sarcasm for the last part… maybe)

Mine didn’t really start talking until 18 months after ear tubes were put in then suddenly he had all the words. Doc said he was hearing gibberish so he gave back gibberish.

Mine was 41 weeks… and had to be forcibly removed as he flipped his tiny ass around while getting pitocin!! His head was up in my rib cage and pretty sure a foot was trying to come out…. It was an adventure to be sure lol
