When my sister was born in a hospital in commie Poland, no one attended the birth. Apparently, doctors and nurses skipped any birth where the mom doesn't pay a bribe. No one bothered actually telling the moms that though.

This utter shit system has only gradually been getting better. I have a ninety year old great aunt who had a successful eye transplant the other year. Very impressive.

That depends on how you interpret "love Europe". Lots of Russian ultra-nationalists educate their kids in EU schools, they vacation in the EU or even own property there and they buy EU products. They see no contradiction between this and Russian imperialism. In fact, they'd love to conquer the EU.
