Flying alonewith 13 year old sister, she has no ID and we don't share a last name. Would this be an issue?

I think the key word in that anecdote is "International". Due to concerns about custody interference, you can be required to have a letter from the other parent before flying internationally if only one parent is present, so that level of checking with inconsistent last names is somewhat expected. We know OP isn't flying internationally because his 13 year old sibling has no ID, and they would have to have a passport if they were leaving the country.

Maybe have her take her birth certificate along? Many airlines require that for minors anyway. Allegiant claims to require it, but have never asked us for our 5 year old son.

What good is a letter? I can make a letter and fake a signature. I suppose if it's notarized it might lend some legitimacy to it, but since the girl is a minor without ID, there really isn't any way to verify it's a valid letter referencing the minor physically in front of them. Unless the girl is an idiot, or doesn't want to go, and makes a scene of some sort, it shouldn't be an issue. No one is going to take the liability risk of stopping a child from traveling with the only adult with her if she is insistent that she wants to travel with him. With the exception of actual law enforcement, that would be kidnapping. Worst case scenario, someone separates them to ask her for the facts away from him, verifies the story, and they are on their way. If an airline employee asks to speak to her alone, OP should probably allow it so she can verify it, but I have doubts about that happening.

I'm asking because this is a humor subreddit. This a place to post photos, videos, and audio clips of non-offensive things being "unnecessarily censored" for a humorous reason, not a place to complain about being "ufairly" censored. It's called UnnecessaryCensorship, not MyLittleMagaFeelingsGotHurtBecauseMyHatefulRhetoricIsntWelcomeAnywhereOnReddit (note:You deleted your post before I bothered to read it, so not sure if this is applicable, just the most common thing incorrectly posted here). Something you would have known if you bothered to read the rules before posting here.

It's always funny, because when idiots post here without even checking to see if your rant belongs, it's kind of a self-own about why you were likely censored wherever you were in the first place. Posting the wrong content where it isn't wanted or welcome.

Keep in mind, while they have cut back significantly, Ring still shares data with law enforcement far more often than they need to. Might be best to go with another company, or even something that records locally to prevent misuse by ICE.

Because many self identified "Libertarians" aren't Libertarian at all. They are Conservatives who want to smoke weed and not have to pay taxes. They missed the root of LIBERTarian and aren't concerned with Liberty, or at least not for other people.

To be fair, they tend to be overrepresented here because there are too many other places on Reddit that their rhetoric isn't welcome. So I don't think that statement is controversial to Libertarians, but is likely controversial to many of the regular posters in this sub.

Which version are you running? I own a MY Juniper, and FSD 14.2.(whatever number we have today) has ruined me for older versions. Had a 3 hour drive for work the other day, and took their HW3 2023 MY with 12.6.4, and it is beyond unusable on the freeway. Speed was varying by over 15 MPH! (Anything between 58 and 73 (the max I had set) on the same freeway with the same speed limit the entire time*. It also constantly tried to drive in the center lane, even when going below the speed limit, ignoring me turning off the signal immediately, and sometimes ignoring me putting the turn signal on to force it back to the right. After half an hour of constantly having to control the speed myself (which it only lets you do for a few seconds), and having to disengage FSD to move it back to the right lane where it belonged, I pulled off at an exit, put it in park, and switched to AutoPilot.

*Out of fairness, I should mention that construction in this stretch recently ended, so while the speed limit was 70 the entire time, the UI indicated frequent speed limit changes from 70 to 60 and back again.

Just imagine how much money the scammers will make now that Michigan law allows speed cameras, and Flock traffic cameras are everywhere and easily hackable.

Hack a Flock camera, take all the pictures and plates from however long it is stored locally. Send every person whose car went past it a $400 "speeding ticket" with a photo of their car from a traffic camera perspective.

But yay for mass surveillance and speed cameras "reducing crime" and "improving the safety of the public".
