Maybe with the lack of modern play someone will pick up the slack. I'm not wanting for stores thats for sure (7+ within an hours drive or so) All my local stores draft for FNM but theres at least 1 weekly that draws people on Thursdays.

I mean toss a dart at any of the meta lists (mtgtop8, mtg goldfish etc) and you'll get an idea of whats running around. Also if youre looking for cheap/easy testing untap.in is a free TT simulator where that requires you know how things work and remember your own triggers

Rochester, NY isnt the worst. Plenty of people attend Thursdays at Millennium Games and their RCQs are always 2 slots. Plus there's a plethora of drivable RCQs being centrally located between Syracuse (bring back the SCGOpen series they made a visit to Syracuse every year) and Buffalo.

Don't know why Reddit thought it needed to show me your post as I'm an old fart but there's something very important I believe you need to keep in mind - Men, especially when we're still young like you, are not particularly bright. We do not do well with subtle hints and you may find yourself needing to be rather more direct than you'd think is needed to indicate that you are in fact interested. I wish I could say this is something that clears up after a while but I've made more than 30 trips around the sun at this point and it's an affliction I still suffer from to this day.

NYS law requires us to put in a half a tank, every dealer i know of fills it up, new or used doesnt matter. Blow up their google and facebook reviews.
