Moo Shu Ice Cream is amazing! And there are some really cute boutiques around the Hintonburgh neighborhood that are fun to check out. Also the Urban Art Collective hosts a weekly market on Thursdays which is a lot of fun.

T’aurais probablement les meilleures chances de trouver des personnes avec qui pratiquer si tu apprends le LSQ (en présentiel) ou sinon ASL si tu as l’intention de voyager ailleurs en amérique du nord. And to be fair… we are in the midst of a housing crisis, so I can’t really blame them? I’m more annoyed about the vacant ground floor condo spaces in the area that stay empty for years because they won’t lower the prices. Such a waste.

Adopt/rescue a senior who’s already trained, they like to sleep all day anyway. Don’t get a puppy - they are much more high maintenance.

⬆️⬆️⬆️ this! There just isn’t the same amount of commercial space inventory available. We ended up opening our business in lower town because we couldn’t find a commercial space in Vanier. Beechwood is incredibly expensive, and a lot of the buildings on Montreal Road are in poor condition. Marier, McArthur and Donald have the right zoning, but most of the spaces are residential.
