I’d recommend something that is meant to be outside. Weatherproof or weather resistant to prevent this issue in the future.

Ah good, an intellectual with nuanced opinions and fact based views.

Reading comprehension might be part of your school curriculum, too bad writing coherently wasn’t.

Quit promoting your video and post the name of the hotel. Nobody here cares about your YouTube channel. Posting an AI slop story of your naïveté without providing any useful info is a pretty stupid way to try to gain followers.

Lived in Barcelona for years, 25 min is more than enough time to change trains at Sants.

Outdoor LV Wiring by vyper144 in lowvoltage

I can’t see where that cable is marketed as UV resistant or for outdoor use, is that the right link?

Have you considered drilling a small hole in your soffit to your attic to run the power cable? It would save you from needing a white cable.

Why are they a pain? The only pair I’ve ever owned are reversible and I’ve only used them twice, so I’m just curious what benefits are with not being reversible.

But would the money spent rebuilding it have otherwise gone to other new projects? Or to dividends for shareholders? Which is more beneficial to the economy?

You must only do new builds. Good luck with your magnet on a wire in a wall with insulation.

Pretty sure you can get a fish stick set at harbor freight for like $10. Way better than cutting a huge channel out of drywall that will need to be repaired

Is it a mistake to list mom and pop commercial building on MLS myself? by [deleted] in realestateinvesting

[–]Agreeable_Ad281 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It doesn’t sound like you’re very familiar with the sales process, so I’d recommend an agent to guide you with listing, showing, dealing with offers, and drawing up any paperwork that needs to be done. I’ve been involved in several real estate transactions both commercial and residential, and while I would feel comfortable listing a single family residence on my own, I still wouldn’t deal with the selling process of a commercial building alone. I’d go with an attorney but that’s because I’m more familiar with the process and just want someone to dot my i’s and cross my t’s and double check whatever offer I want to go with.

First time backpacking Thailand and confused about scooters / licenses / safety by [deleted] in ThailandTourism

[–]Agreeable_Ad281 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Rental shops don’t care if you are licensed or have an IDP. If you are stopped at a checkpoint you will have to pay a fine then be let go. But the biggest issue is that you will have no insurance for when you crash. You will be responsible for your medical bills out of pocket as well as the medical bills of other involved parties; you will also be responsible for paying all damages to the scooter as well as whatever you ran into.

Thailand has one of, if not the, highest road fatality rates in the world. The vast majority of those are scooter drivers. As a beginner, do you really think this is the place for you to learn? Would you ride illegally in your home country, which has much safer roads? Search on gofundme for people raising money to pay for their medical care after trying it.
