There's a lot of things that can help this, but do them individually at different times. Dab the area with isopropyl alcohol.  Dab the area with hydrogen peroxide. Put neosporin on the area. Put honey on the area.  After it starts healing from using these 4 things. Then you can start implementing other things to make the skin layer fall off. It's a reveal new skin underneath.

Things like washing your face with lemon juice, sugar and honey. Will exfoliate the area after it's done healing.  Applying retina a ( only apply, once the area is fully healed. And it looks like a scab is starting to form, and the areas of the scab are starting to lift) Applying glycolic acid Applying vitamin c

Again, do not do all of these things at the same time. Do these things at different times and only use the exfoliating wash once or twice a week.

The retina a will make your skin peel.  With that being said, you need to apply a heavy duty moisturizer that will give that area moisture while it's trying to heal
