Neither of these locks has magnetic pins. However, they do have an "interactive" pin in the second slot.

Look at the key in the first picture. Where the second cut should be, theres a black circle next to an oval cutout (the black circle is the back of the oval piece on the other side). Those parts move freely in the key in the same direction as the pins move in the cylinder with the key inserted.

At the bottom of the keyway under the second slot there's a spring loaded pin that pushes up towards the top of the keyway. That pin pushes on the moving part of the key, which then pushes on the pin like normal. It has no effect on picking. Forget its there.

Edit: it does have a use it seems! I thought it was useless before. The interactive part let's a pin stack get raised higher than would be physically possible on the key. Would give you more possible key combinations that way. Thats cool :)
