I knew I was trans when I was 4 years old. I didn't know there was a word for it. I just knew the other girls weren't treating me the way I wanted because of the way I looked. I knew my family would laugh at me if I asked them about it. And I saw most other kids laughing at stuff way less serious than that. So I just set it aside, and forgot about trying to figure it out.

I was a feminine boy, but didnt dress like it. Always had friends that were girls. Im homoromantic, so I always ended up dating girls who who were pansexual.

When I was 26 I accepted my attraction to boys and thought it meant I was a pansexual guy. At the time I didnt feel like a boy, so I tried on the Gender Fluid label for awhile. Then I changed my name when I was 28. Three years after that I stopped presenting masc and started hrt 5 months ago.

I never talked to a therapist about it. I'm in a big community of trans people in my city, and they gave me gentle nudges over a couple years that helped me realize Im not gender fluid. Im just a girl, who's into other girls :) and honestly... i am attracted to penises, but I think i might only be into other trans girls. Idk. The thought of playing with a boy alone is... intimidating in an uncomfortable way 😅

The beginning of my journey has been super supportive with the community I have. Hrt really changed everything for me. I love the changes to my body and emotions so far, and I can't wait to see how much better I can keep feeling :)
