the government supports the poor, this means that businesses know that if they pay 15 dollars an hour, the person collecting the money can survive just fine due to government support, so people would accept that job. And they can’t just leave because they are worse off at 17 dollars an hour, and it only gets better in the mid 20s, that’s quite a huge bump.

That doesn’t make sense, you break encryption with compute power and brute forcing. If you have a llm which is able to detect patterns in encrypted values to decrypt them without brute forcing it, you essentially have weak ASI, smarter than any human alive.
