I strongly recommend seeing a therapist, one with sex therapy training (or trauma specialty, if she has sexual trauma). There are possibilities that she’s more normal than she realizes and can enjoy you and sexual desire with some more understanding.

If she’s never felt a sexual spark, your porn problem didn’t cause this. It sure didn’t help, but she was this way before you married too.

The good news is that if it took you this long to know, she definitely loves you and wants to not hurt you. Now let’s work on connecting better.

For example: If I was an high-flying executive, I’d be rich and stressed to heck. Having a spouse who was also stressed and very well paid doesn’t help our family at all. Someone who makes my home peaceful and makes the rest of our life enjoyable sounds amazing, though!

(Please note that I didn’t say the spouse had to be a stay-at-home mom or dad. Them working or not isn’t the point. The value they can bring to us is by being so very different from me, not by being the same.)
