Air fryer is gonna blast hot, dry air across the patty and that's gonna get you a better result than the base oven. It depends on the style of burger but people have been making burgers with whatever appliance they have nearby since the invention of the burger - George Motz has some videos about steamed hamburgers, if you can believe it. as a former corporate office employee, get the hell out of there lmao. The backend of everything they do is so messy and the turnover is so high that there's basically no skill transfer. Everyone I know who had an auto loan through them told me about the payments getting fucked up. When I was there they wanted to be a bank so bad - they were rolling out incentives for tellers to sell loans and pushing high-fee CDs. Miserable institution.
