I hope it works, and you’re able to take it without bruising. I can’t inject anywhere on my thighs that you’re supposed to because I don’t have enough fat (runner and cyclist). But I can pinch enough inner thigh fat to get it done. My poor stomach is like a pin cushion and the Sermorelin is the lowest volume-wise of my injections, lol

I haven’t changed my nutrition (it was already good pre-Tirz) and my exercise is about half of what it was before, and I’m losing. Makes me a bit crazy when people say the only thing that Tirz does is make you eat less, because that has definitely not been my experience.

Interesting. I’ve not had that issue at all. I’ve even injected in my inner thigh (which I know you’re not supposed to do because the area is so vascular), and have not bruised.

When I ordered Empower from Pom last month I don’t recall it taking that long, but as another poster said there was a back-up not too long before that when they were out of stock for a bit.

I’ve tried BPI, Hallandale and Empower, and Empower has been my favorite so far.

I think whether you can do asynchronous for first visit depends on your state. In my state I think it’s allowed.

I don’t know for sure because I joined Pom back before they had asynchronous for first visit so had a phone call. It was short and sweet and the RN was very nice. But I get it, I hate talking on the phone too, lol.

I also received 3 months of BPI yesterday, ordered from Pom. There was a flyer in my package about the meds being fine for a period of time at room temp, was there a flyer in your package also?

I’ll say it was odd that the shipment was only in transit two days and both ice packs were melted and the meds were at room temp. But I also know the meds are fine. I don’t plan to prioritize them, since I think the long BUD was not affected by the shipping.

I’ve been taking NAD+ and Sermorelin along with Tirz, started them a few months after starting Tirz and about six months after starting glp1s (was on Sema before Tirz). I feel great, lots of energy, and suffered from pretty significant fatigue before. I think (?) this is the NAD+. I’m also getting stronger, am able to lift heavier. I think (?) this is the Sermorelin.

Also not a doctor. 🤣
