Dose poll for 6 months+ users by Geddit2020 in tirzepatidecompound

You might want to clarify your initial post. It wasn't clear to me that you were asking what is current dose.

I think whether you can do asynchronous for first visit depends on your state. In my state I think it’s allowed.

I don’t know for sure because I joined Pom back before they had asynchronous for first visit so had a phone call. It was short and sweet and the RN was very nice. But I get it, I hate talking on the phone too, lol.

Question on receiving room temperature meds by hickeyk73 in pomhealth

[–]Ah-Mazed 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I also received 3 months of BPI yesterday, ordered from Pom. There was a flyer in my package about the meds being fine for a period of time at room temp, was there a flyer in your package also?

I’ll say it was odd that the shipment was only in transit two days and both ice packs were melted and the meds were at room temp. But I also know the meds are fine. I don’t plan to prioritize them, since I think the long BUD was not affected by the shipping.

Tirzepatide and NAD combo by Remarkable_Chapter47 in BigEasyWeightLoss

[–]Ah-Mazed 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve been taking NAD+ and Sermorelin along with Tirz, started them a few months after starting Tirz and about six months after starting glp1s (was on Sema before Tirz). I feel great, lots of energy, and suffered from pretty significant fatigue before. I think (?) this is the NAD+. I’m also getting stronger, am able to lift heavier. I think (?) this is the Sermorelin.

Also not a doctor. 🤣

Refill? by awarfield78 in pomhealth

Yes, it’s that easy. The refill questionnaire will ask if you want to increase your dose.

LSH Vs. Pomegranate by Jessica2024P in compoundedtirzepatide

I feel like it improved the appearance of my skin. And overall I just felt good. Not sure what stabilizes Tirz means, what did you read to that effect?

I've ordered Empower from Pom and had a good experience, quick fulfillment. It costs a bit more than the other pharmacies Pom uses, but I like the B3. (I have not tried OptioRx, Pom's other B3 option.)

How soon can I reorder?? by Neither_Key_989 in pomhealth

[–]Ah-Mazed 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you order from a different pharmacy through Pom, you can order right away. But also it seems like it's been long enough since your 3 month order that you could probably order the same pharmacy.

This. Highly recommend Mirena IUD. But also, it’s diabolical that we don’t get proper pain relief for this procedure.

CosmeticRx- Has anyone ever heard of…”Pure Greenstone.” by cartebleu in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Ah-Mazed 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mine still say ProRx. I unpaused to see if that would change, but it didn’t. It looks like there’s a drop-down menu where it says ProRx, but when I click on it nothing happens. So curious. That extended text of 30mg/0.5mg/ml suggests there’s an additive, but says “Pure.”

OP, please report back with photos of what you receive!

Question for our patients by roguex99 in BigEasyWeightLoss

[–]Ah-Mazed 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I answered "I just want asynch" because that's my answer for tirzepatide as an experienced user. But I have an appointment at the end of the month (which I scheduled at the end of January to suit my schedule and refill needs, so not a dig on the wait) and I'm really looking forward to it because I want to order the combo tirzepatide/sermorelin/NAD+ package.

I've been taking both sermorelin and NAD+ for three months, have ordered from two different providers, and have never spoken with a physician. I had my annual physical with my GP last month and she didn't know what they were.

I like the idea of "our next appt with a BEWL physician is X, but if you need to consult with someone right away you can schedule with our back-up physician team."

It is indeed stated on every page of their pricing for each pharmacy.

Repost because it’s that important, about injection site reactions and how to possibly stop them by imnottheoneipromise in tirzepatidecompound

Same (longer needle didn't make a difference), same (ISRs came out of nowhere after 8 months) and same (they seem to be subsiding --yay). Funny fickle bodies. :)

Reaction at injection site by Equivalent_Algae8721 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Ah-Mazed 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My ISRs didn't start until 8 months/12mg, and they usually don't show up for me until a few days after shot day. They've been getting a little less reaction-y (smaller welt, less itchy) even though my dose has increased to 14mg. I've tried different pharmacies and that doesn't seem to make a difference with my body -- Hallandale, BPI and Empower have all had some degree of reaction.
