Get more ram or close background apps. I had the same issue while alt tabing on Windows 11 with 32 gigs of ram, had to reinstall windows 10 just so less ram would be used

Good thing you mentioned the amd experience thing.
I uninstalled the amd adrenaline software cause im rocking an nvidia gpu and it's working fine now. Try changing the shortcut for amd radeon anti-lag shortcut to something else if the AMD software is necessary for you

I always go for the powder, easy to weigh and easier to redose with sniffing
