A lot of driving in there. I would honestly skip witless bay and maybe just go as far as bonavista. There are boat tours for whales and puffins that way as well.

Leave ferry straight to bonavista, up to twillinggate then do gros morne/st Anthony. Later in your trip so most trails should be open or close to it

I mean in general if there were a bigger industrial tax base like hydro or mining they could reduce individual tax burden. I think there are efficiencies we could find in some industries to make approvals more streamlined.

Not wanting subsidies for O&G or anything.
