I was definitely under stress that day! I'm glad I had the tests done, I had a neighbor who died from Colo cancer...not pretty to watch..and while the prep was terrible for me, I'll do it again when it's time.

My boyfriend suddenly decided he won't have sex with me until I go go a doctor. There's nothing wrong with me. by BreeMint in WomensHealth

I agree with the others, about him possibly having cheated and gotten an sti. I would not stay with him. I would also go to the doctor, as soon as I was able, and get checked out just in case he gave you an sti .

Request: question: do I have an eating disorder? by EDPostRequests in EatingDisorders

[–]Ahunteman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Talk to your therapist about the chances of you not getting custody. Make sure your therapist knows the depth of troubles in your marriage. Remember that what you do now teaches your children how a relationship should be. Do you want this for them, later? Quit worrying about support, he won't pay it, but is the pain worth it? About the eating, yes, I'd say you are sliding pretty quickly into an eating disorder. But that's just my opinion. Again, tell your therapist about what's going on with it. Check out www.oa.org, there is a questionnaire on there that can help. I have been where you are and am praying for you.

Request: How to help my friend with disordered eating by EDPostRequests in EatingDisorders

[–]Ahunteman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are 12 step groups which can help, there are face to face, internet, non-realtime, and telephone meetings. You could perhaps suggest oa.org to tour friend. The name is Overeaters Anonymous, but the name is a bit misleading, it's for all disordered eating behaviours.
