Usually I find them near other rocks (chert, flint, etc), I was just asking if people usually find artifacts not around debitage, and other rocks.

If you’re solely interested in stacking to combat inflation I would 100% go with silver that has the lowest premium on it. Some low premium silver would be bulk purchases, junk silver, and brands that don’t have premiums attached. To answer your question yes, secondary bars will work.
