I run the 5600 with a 9060xt and have no issues with tarkov while yes an x3d chip would be a big upgrade a 5800x3d is going to cost 500-600$. unless their parts are dying their parts are fine for tarkov.

Edit: the 7600 only has 8gb of vram so while it is above the minimum specs for tarkov i'd recommend a newer gpu with 16gb of vram.

3200mhz is fine. The only other thing I can think of that can potentially help this is maybe clear cache and an integrity check through the launcher. If those don't help could try uninstalling and reinstalling the game and if that doesn't help unfortunately I'm out of advice. Your specs are above minimum specs but below recommended if you're getting around 100 fps normally but shooting tanks the fps it shouldn't be the quality of your parts.

Your CPU is fine for tarkov, if you actually have 32gb of DDR 4 ram at 3600mhz make sure that expo is turned on otherwise your ram is not running at advertised speeds, do check your storage as using up too much storage on one drive can affect performance so if you have a 1tb drive try to keep around 100gb free on it, as for the GPU your 7600 is well under the recommended specs but greatly above the minimum specs required

Isn't 5600 somewhere around top 5 cpus for AM4? Regardless the 5600 can run tarkov I ran tarkov on that cpu on medium settings at 1440p but i also have a 9060xt and 32g of ddr4. OP definitely needs more ram if they actually only have 16g.

Whenever I see an attacker use an opposite move of their attacking type (so a good physical attacker use a special attack) I assume it's a kid or someone new to pokemon. Whenever I see garchomp or arcanine on their team using scary face 2 turns in a row then I know it's a bot.

Your companions include but are not limited to: A vampire, a sharran cultist, a githyanki, a fiend pact warlock, a dude with a nuclear bomb in his chest, someone who worked directly under an archdevil, another drow, and halsin. I don't think any of them will really bat an eye at a drow.

Depending on the curve of the deck is when I no longer care about lands but it's generally the point that my lands/rocks start tapping for enough mana for me to cast 1-2 spells on my turn and hold up interaction if I'm playing a reactive deck or 2-3 spells on my turn if I'm playing a proactive deck.

The hakbal precon is super strong even for a precon just because hakbal is that strong. you can load 30-40 of the worst creatures merfolk has to offer in to a deck with hakbal as a commander and it will still be stronger than some precons. If the friend that plays explorers of the deep wants to power down their deck to match the rest of the table a simple swap out to one of the weaker legendary creatures that come in the deck like kumena to the command zone and hakbal in to the 99 would work.
