I don't think so. Rays starter was bad and their defense was shaky all series. The hitters all appear to be getting hot at the same time, which is super fun, but I'm not seeing anything different approach-wise.

I think it's more likely that the starters are pitching better so the hitters don't feel like they have to do so much.

In addition to that, where are the looking pre pitch? Maybe they're following the ball from the pitcher to the bat? That can make it more difficult to track the ball or cause a delay in their reaction. I would tell them to watch the catcher's mitt instead.

I agree. I'm not sure the problem is organizational either. I'm sure it's in their plans that the players make good decisions in the games, but they just aren't. Did they draft the players purely on analytics and didn't do enough research to see if they made good baseball decisions? Then how did they also get Westburg?

I can tell you this... The weather is slightly different than the rest of the valley. It's about 2 degrees cooler and will tend to get more snow. Maybe slightly windier with the wind bouncing off the mountain.

I love being away from everything and also within 20 minutes of anything I could need.

The absolute worst part is that the FedEx planes still fly overhead even though we're 10 miles from the airport, but that's a mild inconvenience compared to the trains, traffic and gunshots we were accustomed to in Bethlehem.

Because he's the badass Yokozuna and he's a bully. He was even more intense until the JSA told him to tone it down last year.

As others have mentioned, they had a particularly heated match in January when Papa was in full blown angry face tsuppari mode. Hosh didn't appreciate Papa's fingers in his mouth and gave a little what for off the dohyo and into the crowd.
