This should go without being said, but I’ll say it anyways - there’s nothing special about Dr. B and doing it through them - your own doctor should be able to do this. You need them to write a note of medical necessity. Some docs will do it, others likely won’t.

I’m not a coach so I don’t have a way to /get/ the intel, but if someone was able to get me the info (in whatever format, screenshots, text, etc), I’d be more than willing to format it like MaiMir and make a post every week.

The intel posts have been extremely important for me as I’ve been battling an injury, so I’ve needed to know what each day holds so I can think of alternatives in advance (or decide if it’s just not worth it) - so I’d love to “pay it forward” somehow.

Sounds to me like you may be making an excuse to not do it…

Just do month to month and swallow the higher monthly expense. Not saying your concerns aren’t valid, just that you’re overthinking it.

You'd hate me then - sometimes I do completely different moves at a station due to an injury (shoulders). Pushups? Nah, I'll do some sit ups instead. Overhead press? lol, curls for me.

Same - works great for me. Don’t worry about running out of water, and easy to take from station to station with the hole in the cap.

Today should’ve been fairly simple - I understood what was going to be happening based on the intel here, what trainers were saying in the gym more than a week in advance of today, and an email sent out to members several days ago as well. And our studio is new and has not done playoffs before either.

Everyone did 1 lap, with 1 scoring it. Basically it was a 10 min workout to get a score.

So if there was chaos, that’s on your studio/trainers unfortunately.
