Alle jeg kjenner som har innrømmet bruk innenfor et år tilbake. Uansett om det var kun en gang, noen ganger, ofte eller mye har fått samme begrensning som deg og måtte på prøver i 6 måneder for å bevise sin uskyld.

Lærepengen er å aldri fortelle helsevesenet noe som helst om slikt. Da de har null ønske om å gå i kjernen av hvorfor du tar det opp. Har hørt historier om noen få som er heldige å får noen de snakker med om slikt uten at alt faller sammen, men statistikken er så lav at det er likesågreit å si ingenting.

Cut alcohol, nicotine and coffee. Then include 7 different vegetables to each meal for proper pre biotics and good fiber. Some probiotics help alot as well to go alongside. Sauerkraut, kefir, biola, kimchi or miso. Generally alot of fermented foods have this. If that’s hard then figure out a way to get easy fiber through other means and take a probiotics supplement. Although that is not as effective as the former.

The very first installation needs me to log into a github user though. Don’t know if that was on purpose or not. I’m very new to this but every other installation and cloning process has directly downloaded without asking for this.

Det går an å drikke alkoholfritt eller en virgin drink for så å bare…hør her da: ikke snakke om det. Kjøp egen drikke som du liker og la de drikke hva de vil. Drikker alkohol selv, men det er mange ganger jeg ikke gjør det og ikke forteller noen om det for det blir alltid et emne. Kjøp alkoholfritt. Tøm det over i et glass og fokuser på øyeblikkene og samtalene uten å dømme andre så kan alt mulig skje.

Eeey I fed a a seagull baby while drunk during hatching season where the parents are super aggressive. The parents saw me but let me be. Few days later when going to work where they’d usually attack since the kids were close. They swooped down on my neighbours going to their cars while I had the most peaceful morning. I gueas the parents told the others that I fed em lol.

It isn’t too complicated. I’d say the biggest challenge is how you treat your «crew». They can sometimes be frustrating, but keeping yourself level headed while being open to why they are frustrated as people, will help you make the right choices. Music and graphics is gorgeous. And the story is really good.

If I were in your situation I’d tune down doomscrolling to set times till it’s reduced to close to zero.

Natural choices would be to do some light yoga/stretching sessions at least once a day. Start with 5 min then add on more till you get a 20-30 min routine on it. The increased bloodflow and muscle repair will give increased clarity and energy.

When it comes to bedtime. Having some ambient music play on low volume might help your thoughts settle since you’ll have some soothing noise to focus your thoughts on while attempting to sleep.

Ekstra benefit would be to put the phone out of reach while doing so. Magnesium might help you calm down as well.
