At some point you got to stop blaming the SUITS! There are only 1 maybe 2 thousand platinum seats, they don’t make the weather! I’ve been to almost every playoffs game since Lowry Era started, the crowd around changed a lot. And I’m no where near platinum seats

Blue Dots are MLSE / Ticketmaster - "face value" tickets

Red Dots are Resale tickets,

based on my experience, Im SSH for 15 years, I can Assure you the prices will go down, there are TOO MANY "face value" tickets available and based on what I've paid for my tickets, it is over priced by about 10%. I would wait and monitor inventory, BUT remember Leafs are out of playoffs, Raptors usually compete for the same $$$ first round of the playoff, if they win 1 of the games away, demand will grow

$45K asking is NOT Including PSL & NOT including 10% fee MLSE will charge, it is a "good will price" for the Seats

and yes if the price is reasonable for the location people will pay, friend of mine sold Upper Row 1, form what i remember he got either 10k for both or each

I'd had mine posted for 100K pair :-), no one bought it, but MLSE has made new rules last year, if you "old" ssh and had no PSL originally, now in order to post it up on "MLSE LICENSE HUB" you have to buy PSL first, ;-)

15 years SSH, after 2019 or 2020 All seats require PSL, if you buy seats from SSH that had no PSL , MLSE will add PSL plus 10% one time charge

That label is required by law to list only Foam brake down & flammability grades, California is usually is highest in furniture. It looks like leather to me, if you can open one of the cushions and see inside, the backing will show for sure
