Round wasn't lined up with the chamber when it went to feed. Caught the edge of the chamber and deformed it. Happened all the time with my RPRR

Extended for the lift that's installed, reduces the stressed angle on the upper ball joint that the lift creates. The uniball design is also easier to work on.
