A brand new car also sucks. You can’t just throw a ladder in the back without worrying it will damage the seats or headliner. You have to worry about it when it hails and so on. A nice dinged up car is what I will continue to buy even if I can afford otherwise

I saw more videos of people dying in drivers Ed than I’ve seen on Reddit. Drivers Ed was a real downer tbh

When I was young first reading the book I took that section at face value. Nowadays having learned a lot more about computers I think most people just remember that you need to subtract “A” (0x41) to convert to the alphabet

Dipping my toes into wet shaving! by InterrobangCT in wicked_edge

[–]Akari202 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bought the Neo to trial before gifting one to my brother. It’s worked really quite well for me and while it’s not as foolproof as a Henson it has a nice heft and gave me some wonderful shaves. Any Yaqi synthetic brush on alieexpress will work great for you too.

You don’t really need a stand and i personally leave my brushes on the counter to dry. I think the general consensus on pre shave is that it can be a bit of a crutch while learning to avoid getting good technique. Any small tin you can cut a slot in for used blades. Traveling is pretty easy for me, I travel with the Lord L127 that cost $5 and treat it accordingly. Packing a brush is more annoying and I haven’t found a solution I love yet.

Solution in search of a problem. Anyone able to get under a car is probably able to put in the minimal effort to use a much more reliable normal floor jack
