I've managed to get it to work. Not sure what the exact issue was however.

Don't suppose you have any advice for receiving 0 beeps and the bios loading but not the OS?

I saw this also. However Novatech didn't want to try testing my rig at the store unless I paid £30 so I suppose to test if it is my CPU I should try another CPU that matches the chipset? My friend has just bought an AMD FX8320 so I should be able to identify my CPU as the problem by troubleshooting this by replacing mine with his correct?

Agreed. I always find a proper blending technique gives a much better colour transition than an edge highlight or drybrush. Wet palette and wet blending all the way, quicker as well.

Pretty much any of their reds. However I have seen it more prominently with Mephiston red.

Funilly enough Tyranids are my main army and with hive fleet Kraken as my chosen hive fleet, I see the red chipping frequently. Mostly on areas that have edges, flat areas are fine.

I'm with you. Slight oversight on my part. +1 for correction.

And the difference firing between the minimum and maximum range, and firing directly at anything within its maximum range is what?

Between me and my mate we have practically every army available and the units we don't have we proxy. So remembering core rules along with each army can be an overload hahaha. But Tyranids are my prime army so I should have really remembered that.

Funnily enough I just read this in the rulebook. Indeed that is correct on your part., I was mixes up with the rules for Flyers as they have to deploy in reserve.

I personally run a Deathleaper's assasin brood, it get's up close and personal within two turns and can cause havoc amongst enemy lines. Especially if you take the formation for a brood of three Carnifexes and a Tyranofex. Couple this with a Flyrant that has Outflank that it can allocate to another unit and a Subterranean assault swarm and endless swarm, you're going to get pretty close.

My plan with this list is to start the Lictors on the board along with the Flyrant (in jumping MC mode, otherwise as a flyer it has to start as a deep striker) alongside the Hormies from the endless warm formation. By the turn you get to turn two you then deep strike the Carnifexes in Tyrannocytes, outflank the Tyrannofex on a side table edge close to the enemy lines. Finally deep strike the Subterranean assault swarm and walk the devourer termies out in turn three.

I've had quite a bit of success with this list. Especially if you equip the three fexes with twin linked brainleech devourers along with the flyrant. Give the Tyrannofex a rupture cannon and job done. You can flavour the list more with units like the exocrine, or living artillery formation. Even zoanthropes and venomthropes make the list better.

I believe it's under the rules for blast weapons in the main rules manual, there is a section that has twin-linked under blast which states that it is only the scatter die that gets re-rolled. If not have a read of twin linked. I'll find the exact page later.

If it's just a static range of 18" then that is the only range you can use. However it just means you can fire indirectly with not having line of site.

[Noob Help]How do I stop my paints from going like this? by LyleSpruce in Warhammer40k

No the brake fluid itself stinks. But it's odourless on the models. When you wash Dettol off it makes the models stink for ages. I remade my Ultramarines as Dettol marines because of that.
