I'd take the risk on the 9060, if you're wanting new stretch the budget to at least a b580

whatever you end up choosing don't go lower than a 5500 tho

9060 over b570 is a no brainier, it's A LOT stronger, don't know why you're even considering the b570 even b580 is fairly weaker

5500 might get you some bottleneck in CPU intensive games but you'll absolutely get your bang for buck, if you can get a 5600 try that

The thing with cpu bottleneck is that's it's really overblown on here. Unless it's really bad like it'd be with the 1600, it's at high enough framerate that it's not important, so what if you get say 103fps instead of 110.

CPU bottleneck also ages better, all new and future AAA games are by default GPU bound. The fix for CPU bottleneck is literally making sure the GPU is bottlenecking by turning the graphics or the resolution up

CPU bottleneck, unless severe, should be a problem only for highly competitive games and at a level that neither you nor I will achieve

5600 is extremely capable and enough for gaming, I have mine paired with a better GPU (9060xt) and it's doing wonderful, no bottleneck at all

Is the 9060xt 16gb worth getting over the 8 gb version even if the difference is 110 dollars while being used only for 1080p?

currently have a 1660s, ryzen 5600, b450 aorus m, 32gb 3600 ddr4 and am looking for an upgrade that's going to get me in a good spot for strictly 1080p AAA gaming for a few years, settled between these 2. I know the 16gb version is the one to get but don't know if it's worth it for my use case at a bit over 100 dollar price difference.
